To stay with us, all cats must be fully vaccinated (F3 or higher) within the last twelve months. The most recent vaccination must have been administered at least 14 days before check-in. This period ensures that antibodies have time to develop and protect against contagious diseases. We require the current vaccination certificate to be provided either at the time of booking or no later than 14 days before the check-in date.
All cats must have received worming and flea treatment within one month prior to their stay, regardless of whether they are indoor or outdoor cats.
We only accept desexed cats for boarding. Kittens must be at least 3 months old and desexed.
Kittens under three months old, cats that have been vaccinated within the last seven days, cats with infectious diseases, pregnant cats, cats within seven days of surgery, and cats requiring special medical care are not suitable for boarding.
If your cat requires any special care or medication, please inform us in advance.
The veterinary clinic affiliated with our hotel is Animal Hospital & VET HappyTails, located at 337 Blackburn Rd, Burwood East VIC 3151. The consultation and treatment fees are to be paid by the pet owner, and transportation costs will be based on Uber fares.
